This week, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled, in a shocking presentation, what he said were copies of concealed Iranian files detailing a project to build nuclear weapons. The presentation suggested that Iran had breached the Nuclear Deal which had been put in place whilst Obama was President of the United States.
Whilst what Netenyahu presented was not evidence of a violation of the Iran deal, but it does nonetheless imply that Iran misled and deceived the world about its nuclear intentions, and therefore is not necessarily a reliable partner.
This has led to the inevitable question - Is it time to abandon the Iranian nuclear deal?
During Benji Hyer's Sunday radio show, listener Jonathan set out to explain simply why Netanyahu’s claims are baseless. Benji agreed, stressing that it would be foolish for the US, UK, China, Russia and Germany to from withdraw from the deal.
