It has been a long time since we have phoned random strangers on the radio to have a laugh (definitely not prank calling... just phoning people for our own pleasure).
However, recently James Gilmore has realised that a global crisis has taken place - as a result of a decrease in... people phoning random strangers on the radio to have a laugh... nobody is properly testing just how good the customer service/phone lines of super markets, corner stores and more are operating.
So he created - "Customer Service Silence" - the game where he phones customer service lines and judges their ability to handle different situations by seeing who stays on the phone the longest!
Listen to the clip below to hear how the first "Customer Service Silence" went down...
Broadcasted exclusively worldwide on W!ZARD Radio Station.
